Well, history is written based on the records which people have about these so called great people. It is important that everybody should know the reality…… …..may be after their death. It’s inevitable that the truth about them comes out after their death because while alive they are so powerful that they would have killed the concern people.

Let me elaborate my point: Do you know that still in India more than 50% people(I am talking about uneducated and some of educated) think that Indira Gandhi was daughter of M K Gandhi. Everybody knows contribution of M K Gandhi in India’s freedom movement. So they always thought her as a great person. Not only in India even western people think that Indira Gandhi was daughter of M K Gandhi. Well, Nehru really did not do anything about Indian freedom movement except he demanded to be the first PM of India. So people think her as a Goddess. It’s true that she was married to Firoz Khan Gandhi (who was a Punjabi-Parsi).

After she had Sanjay and Rajeev they could not get along with each other. Sanjay was with her in India but Rajiv was out of India for education. She kept him away purposefully.

Sanjay and she was also not getting along with because he started taking interest in politics and was knowing many of her secrets including her affairs. So she murdered him.

Do you know that how India’s partition happened? It was tug of war between two ambitious people: One of them was Nehru (of Indian Congress) and another was Br. Jinna(of Muslim League). Both were Cambridge graduated. Both did not contribute much in freedom fighting movement.

Due to Lady Baton’s close contact to Nehru (Nehru had an affair with her which was accepted by Mt. Baton) it was most likely that British were going to make Nehru as PM.

But Jinna did not accept it and asked for a separate Muslim state. This discussion was held back at Cambridge.  Gandhi was not interested in power because by that time he had become a spiritual person. If he would have accepted to be India’s PM then partition would not have occurred as Br. Jinna also was accepting Gandhi’s leadership.  It was clear that if Gandhi will not become PM then Mt. Baton will make Nehru as PM. So Muslim league gave air to Hindu-Muslim conflict in the area and asked for separate Muslim nation. To avoid more bloodshed Gandhi did not have any alternative than to accept ML demands. On 15th August 1947 two nations were created.

Kolkata: Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee Sunday said that the target of spending 2 percent of the GDP on health care would soon be achieved.

“In 2001, the target was to increase the spending from 0.9 percent to at least 2 percent of the GDP on healthcare. If there was no financial meltdown in 2008-09, perhaps we might have achieved this target,” said Mukherjee while inaugurating the new super specialty Fortis hospital here.

Mukherjee also added that currently 1.5 percent of the GDP was being spent on healthcare and hoped that the target of spending 2 percent of the GDP would be achieved sooner than later.

New Delhi: For scams, whose total size runs into 13-digit numbers, the names they are known by are short — 2G, CWG and IPL.

Going by the estimated size of these scams, the total for the year 2010 could be well beyond 2,00,000 crore — a 13-digit figure — although much of the loss is presumptive in nature.

The scam with the shortest name — 2G — alone, according to various accounts, deprived the government coffers of  1.76 lakh crore in potential revenue.

2G is the acronym for second generation mobile telephony and it ran into a scam cloud over allocation of spectrum, or radio waves, at prices that were not market-determined.

Back home, the names of various scams mostly read like those taken out from primary school alphabet colouring books, often limited to two or three letters, with a few numerals thrown in-between in some cases.

And while the small names were certainly not beautiful for those at the receiving end of these scams, the large size of these would have definitely helped the perpetrators make a bounty.

Adding to the acronym frenzy, the government wants a probe into the 2G scam by a PAC (the acronym for Public Accounts Committee), but the Opposition wants the investigation by a JPC, again an acronym for a Joint Parliamentary Committee.

And for the record, the CBI is probing the scam under the supervision of the SC (Supreme Court).

Other major scams during the year were that of the IPL and CWG.

These were related to the Indian Premier League, an annual short-format cricket tournament, and the Commonwealth Games, which the country hosted this year.

The reports suggest that CWG involved irregularities worth 8,000 crore, while those in the IPL were to the tune of 1,200-1,500 crore, although there are no official figures for either.

Toward the end of the year, there was also a LICHF scam, which involved some top officials of LIC Housing Finance and a few other private and public sector financial sector firms and reportedly involved irregularities to the tune of 1,000 crore.
